Intelligence
in motion.

Turn repetitive work into intelligent workflows — and understand the value your AI actually delivers. Kinetome helps small businesses and software teams implement practical automation, connect the tools they already use, and measure efficiency against real operating costs.

Manual work

A request arrives by email. Someone reads it, re-keys it into two systems, and writes the same reply for the hundredth time.

AI workflow

The request is extracted, validated, entered into your systems, and acknowledged — with exceptions routed to a person.

Measured result

Every execution is logged: what it cost, whether it succeeded, and the time it replaced — so ROI is calculated, not assumed.

An illustrative workflow, not a customer result. What your automation saves depends on your process, baseline, and data.

AI budgets are easy to spend.
Value is harder to see.

Most businesses are past the question of whether to use AI. The harder questions come after: the pilot that never reached the team's actual workflow, the automation nobody maintains, the monthly API invoice that nobody can connect to an outcome.

The gap is rarely the technology. It is the engineering between AI capability and the way work really moves through your business — and the measurement needed to know whether the investment is paying off.

Kinetome exists to close both gaps. We don't just automate work. We measure how intelligently your AI investment performs.

Two capabilities, one system

AI automation & implementation

We turn manual, fragmented workflows into dependable AI-powered systems — built inside the tools you already run.

  • Process discovery and automation opportunity mapping
  • AI agents and workflow automation
  • Integrations across your existing applications and APIs
  • Document processing, extraction, and knowledge workflows
  • Customer support and internal operations automation
  • AI-assisted software development workflows
  • Custom internal tools, plus ongoing monitoring and maintenance
How we deliver automation

AI efficiency & ROI intelligence

Our differentiator: connecting what your AI consumes to what your business gets back.

  • API spend and token consumption, per workflow and per task
  • Success, failure, and retry rates — and what failures cost
  • Cost per successful outcome
  • Time saved against your manual baseline
  • ROI with its assumptions shown, never a black box
  • Trends over time and concrete optimization opportunities

How an engagement works

A measured path from "this takes too long" to a workflow you can trust — with explicit success criteria before anything is built.

  1. Discover

We map the workflow as it actually happens — volumes, handoffs, exceptions, and the systems involved.

  2. Design

You get a concrete design: what gets automated, what stays human, which integrations are needed, and how success will be measured.

  3. Build

We implement the workflow and connect your systems, with validation and exception handling from day one.

  4. Validate

Accuracy, reliability, and operating cost are tested against the agreed criteria before launch.

  5. Deploy

The workflow goes live with appropriate controls — human review where errors are expensive.

  6. Optimize

We monitor real executions and costs, and tune the workflow as your usage patterns emerge.

The full delivery process

What this looks like in a small business

  • Customer inquiries answered in minutes. Incoming emails classified, drafted, and routed — your team approves instead of composing.
  • Invoices that enter themselves. PDFs and forms extracted into your accounting system, with a human check where amounts are high.
  • No more swivel-chair data entry. Orders, bookings, and records synced between the applications that never talked to each other.
  • Answers from your own documents. Policies, pricing, and procedures retrievable in plain language instead of tribal knowledge.

Use cases in detail

And in a software team

  • AI inside your existing systems. Integrations against your APIs and data model, not a parallel tool nobody opens.
  • Engineering workflow automation. Triage, code review assistance, release notes, and support escalation summaries.
  • Reliability you can see. Execution logs, retry behavior, latency, and failure modes treated as first-class engineering concerns.
  • Cost per workload, not per invoice. Usage attributed to workflows and features, so model and prompt choices become engineering decisions.

Use cases in detail

After you engage us, nothing goes quiet

Every Kinetome customer gets a portal account. Each request has a visible lifecycle — eleven stages from submission to completion — with history, messages, and deliverables in one place.

Common questions

Do we need to be "an AI company" to work with you?

No. Most of our work is for businesses whose product has nothing to do with AI — logistics, services, software teams. If your team does repetitive, rule-describable work in email, spreadsheets, or between applications, that is usually enough to start a conversation.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope, which is exactly why the process starts with discovery rather than a quote. Discovery produces a design with explicit success criteria and estimated operating costs before you commit to a build, and the intake form has an optional budget range so we can be realistic from the first reply.

Will the automation replace our staff?

The automations we build take over re-keying, routing, and lookup work — the tasks people describe as the worst part of their job. Your team keeps the judgment calls, and every workflow we deploy keeps a human path for exceptions.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

We design for it rather than pretend it will not happen. Workflows include validation steps, confidence thresholds, exception queues, and human review where the cost of an error is high. Failure and retry rates are part of the metrics you see, not something we hide.

How do you calculate ROI?

We compare measured AI operating costs against the value the workflow generates. Costs come from provider usage data. Value is modeled from a baseline you help establish — how long the task took manually and what that time costs. We always distinguish measured numbers from estimates, and we will tell you when the data is not yet sufficient to claim an ROI.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Workflows run against your accounts and your systems, and handover documentation is part of every completed engagement. Ongoing monitoring by Kinetome is available but optional.

Start with the workflow that annoys your team the most.

Describe it in a few sentences. We'll tell you honestly whether it's a good automation candidate — and how we'd measure success before building anything.
