What we collect

Information you submit through the contact form or client portal: your name, business email, company details, and the descriptions of workflows and systems you provide. The portal also stores the requests, messages, and files you choose to share with us, and authentication data needed to secure your account (a salted password hash and session records — never your plaintext password).

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver engagements, operate the client portal, and — where an engagement includes AI efficiency analytics — to process the usage data from integrations you have authorized. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business data to train models.

Retention and access
