AI automation services

From a workflow your team dreads to a system you can rely on — delivered through a process with explicit success criteria, honest validation, and measurement from the first execution.

What we build

Kinetome designs and implements AI-powered workflow systems. Depending on what your business needs, that can mean AI agents handling multi-step processes, document extraction pipelines, support and operations automation, integrations between the applications you already run, AI-assisted engineering workflows, or custom internal tools.

These are service capabilities, not off-the-shelf products — every engagement starts from your workflow, your systems, and your definition of success. And every workflow we ship logs its own usage and cost, because measurement is not an add-on here; it is how we work.

The delivery lifecycle

Six stages, each with a clear division of labor. You see exactly where your project stands in the client portal at every point.

  1. Discover

We sit with the people who do the work and map the process as it actually happens — not the version in the org chart. Volumes, timing, exceptions, handoffs, and the systems each step touches.

    You bring

A walkthrough of the current process, access to a few representative examples (emails, documents, records), and the person who knows where the bodies are buried.

    We deliver

A written picture of the current workflow, where the repetitive effort concentrates, and which parts are genuinely automatable versus which should stay human.

  2. Design

We design the automation end to end: the AI workflow, the integrations, the validation and exception paths, and — critically — the success criteria and measurement plan agreed before anything is built.

    You bring

Decisions on thresholds and risk: what the system may do on its own, what needs review, what accuracy is acceptable.

    We deliver

A design document covering the workflow, the systems it connects, expected operating-cost ranges, success criteria, and the baseline we will measure savings against.

  3. Build

We implement the workflow against your real systems and accounts — APIs, email, documents, databases — with logging and cost tracking built in from the first execution.

    You bring

System access set up securely, and quick answers when questions about edge cases come up.

    We deliver

A working implementation in a controlled environment, processing real examples, with every execution recorded.

  4. Validate

Before launch, the workflow is tested against historical and live-shadow data: accuracy, reliability, exception handling, latency, and cost per execution, measured against the criteria from the design stage.

    You bring

Review of the validation results and sign-off that the behavior matches what your business needs.

    We deliver

A validation report with real numbers — including anything that did not meet criteria and what we changed as a result.

  5. Deploy

The workflow goes live with appropriate controls: human review queues where errors are costly, rate limits, rollback paths, and alerting.

    You bring

A short period of closer attention from your team while live traffic flows for the first time.

    We deliver

A deployed, documented workflow — plus training for the people who will live with it.

  6. Optimize

Real usage reveals things design cannot. We monitor executions, failures, and spend, then tune prompts, models, and logic — and report efficiency trends in your portal.

    You bring

Feedback on where output quality matters most, and the business data needed to keep ROI estimates honest.

    We deliver

Ongoing monitoring and optimization if you want it, or a clean handover with documentation if you would rather run it yourself.

What happens when something fails

AI systems make mistakes, and automation that pretends otherwise fails in production. Every workflow we design has an explicit answer to "what happens when the model is wrong": confidence thresholds, validation rules, exception queues, and human review where the cost of an error justifies it.

Failures and retries are also measured — they appear in your efficiency metrics with their costs attached, because a workflow that succeeds 99% of the time at double the cost is a different business decision than one that succeeds 94% of the time cheaply.
